Hello Everyone,

I'm currently taking my first real steps towards my REI education by listening to the entire BP podcast library from the beginning while working one of my current day jobs as a personal shopper & delivery driver

Besides independently contracting as a personal shopper, I also consult with small business clients as they form, manage, and fundraise for their 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. 

My services include, but are not limited to: building websites, organizing social media campaigns, networking on behalf of clients, event planning, business plan writing, grant writing, & organizational budget development.

My level of experience with REI is very limited but growing daily. I'm currently researching wholesaling SFH & small multifamily properties within the Seattle market by driving for dollars 7 days a week.

My current goal is to document and research at least 100 distressed or underutilized properties before taking my due diligence to an experienced local wholesaler who will hopefully partner with me on any or all of the lists profitable deals while helping me determine which properties are not deals and should be left alone.

I've come to BP for REI tools, education, and a peer group of like minded entrepreneurs. I definitely haven't been disappointed so far.
