Is “ No Debt” or paid off debt something private investors usually factor in as a criteria to meet in order to do business with ? What about FICO score ? 

When creating seller financed notes ,are you guys using the closing attorney to draft the note...or an outside attorney?  Curious to hear how folks are going about this.  Thanks.
