When creating seller financed notes ,are you guys using the closing attorney to draft the note...or an outside attorney?  Curious to hear how folks are going about this.  Thanks.

Either works. If you use an outside attorney, consider one with experience representing creditors in default proceedings. There's valuable case-level experience there.
