I bought a foreclosure at a trustee sale in Maryland in My LLC for my brother.. I need to file a Motion for Substitution of 3rd party purchaser with the court to have the property put directly into my brother's name.....

Does anyone here in the forum know much about how long it usually takes for a real estate attorney to get a court approval from foreclosure trustee and the Superior Court after filing a Motion to Substitute Purchaser?...

Has anyone seen this? A 2nd lien is stripped and the Chapter 13 is dismissed for failure to pay, and a week later, filed a Chapter 7 that was discharged. Would the stripping be void by the dismissal of the 13?
