I read in Brandon Turner's Managing Rental Properties that most banks do not loan on properties owned by LLCs.  Is this true?  If it is true, how can I buy a property through an LLC?

I know nothing -- so I am assuming this deal is actually too good to be true. But I am posting it here to see if I could somehow be right that this is pretty sweet.

Hi BP, quick question... if you know the PITI of a property, how should you adjust the 50% rule to account for vacancy, maintenance, etc.? Would it be more like the 25% rule at that point? Thanks!

Our lender told us that second homes purchased after 2 Feb 2022 will now be charged a tax (4% of home price) up front.  Has anyone heard of this?
