I'm currently a full time student at UCSB and enrolled in Real Estate classes. I am hoping to start a Real Estate Investing Education club when I return to school this coming fall, and could use some advice...

I was curious how many investors use Realtors as buyers agents when looking for great deals that are listeed in MLS.

If not why?
