Anyone doing STR's in condos they own or rent in the Minneapolis area?  Looking to see if this is something that some/all condo HOA's prohibit in this area.  

Having trouble finding a CPA that works with rei. I thunk it's because I only have one investment property so far and a lot of them are not taking new clients at the moment. Any advice?
