What online payment methods does anyone recommend.  I am going to have a property 2.5 hrs away, 1 hr away, and I'll be living in other property. So I am still going to try and manage these so online payments are a must.

I would like to be able to offer  my low income tenants a option from having to mail their rent to us. Is anyone using a service that tenants can  go online etc to pay rent and it goes into my account?
