New Investor having issues finding funding resources.

Being cash short, after several tries with hard money lenders here on this site.

All all of my family is dead so that's out. Any Idea's how to make this happen?

unless its one of the major lenders .. do NOT GIVE ANY HML you find on any social media money up front. you will just lose it.

TRUE HML will require a fairly large cash downpayment from you as a new investor.. anyone offering you a loan with little to no money down is out to steal your up front fees bottom line.. so be careful.. the crooks troll BP just as much as they troll facebook Linkdin and other social media sites.
