The tenants want to install security system with smart thermostat adapter and one main keypad? How should I handle this?

Should I say yes under the condition that the system needs to stay when the tenants move out?

I have a good tenant who asked me if he could have a security system installed. How should I handle this? I'm assuming I'll need to get the alarm code and the monitoring company must be aware I'm the owner.
