Self storage units in London

Hi, I’m from Toronto and my friend is planning to shift to London very soon. The house which he  bought seems to be small and does not contain much space to store his office documents. He wants  a self storage unit for a long term. I came across few professional public storage services in London but I’m not sure if they are the reliable. He wants a lock and key system for his documents. Any suggestion????
