
Is there a way that if I take on a subject to and I put money into the property and raise the value that i can do a refinance or anyway to pull my money back out without buying it and paying all those closing cost?

If I can buy a property with a Heloc, would I be able to refinance it into a traditional one? Any seasoning requirements?
