I am a software engineer for the past 8 years. I heard about BP from one of my colleague while discussing REI. Even before signing up I was reading BP forums for couple weeks and was really amazed by the knowledge sharing and networking with BP community. I am mainly interested in buying a property for renting purpose.

Newbie interested in real estate investing.
I am trying to learn as much as I can, network, and assist in anyway that I am able to help other members.
