I became licensee in Georgia back in 2010. It was an interesting time to be getting into real estate and especially in the Atlanta market. Learning the trade in Atlanta was the best education I have ever had. Two years ago I moved to Savannah for another job. I've been investing in the Savannah multi-family market recently.
