I am an entrepreneur, I am coming away from owning my own restaurant and currently loading my head with real estate knowledge. I don't want to get into "Analysis Paralysis". I would like to seek info and knowledge of how to get started.
Been working in the education tech sector for most of my short career 10+ years. I am at the beginning stages of looking into real estate and rental investments as part of our long term strategy for our finances. We hope this to be an avenue out of the 9-5 job and eventually lead into a secure early retirement.
