Hi everyone, Hoping to connect with someone who has experience renting to or operating residential care facilities. 

I got an unsual response to a listing of mine today:Good morning, We are home health care agency, and we want to rent the house to care for disabled or elderly clients that are unable to care for themselves 4 -6 unrelated people.

They are billed as "a scientific approach to single-family rentals" and use "institutional grade property management," which usually means they are a tech company in real estate and likely either don't have the existing property management relationships in each area or you chose an area where they don't have enough units through Roofstock for the PM they chose to care.

And do they care if I do rent by the room strategies?

I'm looking to investigate this market a little further and wondering if anyone can help me out.

Because they can't make a commission on it. Simple Truths.But you can make a ton of money, if you do it correctly.

Through proactive maintenance, efficient tenant placement, and careful financial management, I optimized rental income and ensured a steady cash flow.

We are wondering what would be the best option to do with the property during this 6-7 month period, whether that be Airbnb or what other short term rental options might there be that could make more sense?

Who cares where the rent is coming from?

I kinda get it if 4 and 5 bedroom properties are going for 1.5 million in that market but... thats just math wondering what reality is?
