.- The inspections are only 5 years, but tenants are not likely to take care of them home as well as you, and refurbishing hardwood, lath and plaster, and anything else is going to be much more expensive than the typical Landlord special (white paint, and grey LVP)It will all come down to making your numbers work.

i have seen many do very well getting on a team.Myself personally I would concentrate on listings 1000% Buyers only if well knownand wont waste your time.

I'm currently pre-approved but my lender gave me a "mid-level rate" which I believe isn't my actual rate since I haven't chosen a property but me not being as educated on the behalf and thinking it was my actual rate I decided to rate shop a bit.
