I read and reread a lot of the analysis weblogs/forum posts and ran the calculators, but being as this is my first purchase I am not wholly confident if I'm running the numbers correctly.

I suggest you search the weblogs for cap expense so that you more accurately determine your expected cap expense as it looks a little low. 

We blog using the Wordpress functionality on our site...it breaks from time to time because the plug-ins blow up, but it is pretty easy to use in general.
