I signed up for something on Ron LeGrand's web-site (the free access portion).

I wonder if there is a way to web scrape for when a new realtor is hired or passed exams in the area so that I could hit them up immediately.  

PMs get Realtor and current client referrals, incoming leads from their own web presence, and sometimes guests buy and become clients. 

I haven't seen any info on people earning any money on the actual affiliate/commission side of Minoan.

Note I have no affiliation with them except I use them and they have provided me a great VA.

I know @Lauren Cutchen is still affiliated with one if not the same from above that she mentioned!

No, I've not invested with SCDC, and it's not likely I will without evidence they can do / have done what they've claimed on their web site.

I have been on board with an all military affiliated team with Coldwell Banker Vanguard;The Military Group for about a year.

Or I could suck it up and create a brand new website on WordPress for $1000 and then not have to pay more than $10 a month for the web hosting.
