I purchased the property from the Shelby County Land bank. 

When Trying to qualify for a traditional loan, lenders usually price your purchasing power at 3x your net income.

My agent is saying that we are unable to split the contract that way (or reduce the purchase price), so I'm trying to figure out options.

@Godsheritage Adeoye when you purchase a property "subject to" the existing mortgage you will then make payments to that mortgage company.
