I purchased a house two years ago and UGI didn't want to put the power into my name because the previous owner had a 1600 gas/electric bill. 

Estimates on upgrading to gas would depend on numbers from UGI.

Has anyone got prices from UGI in PA to do this?

I hate to see ugy homes in nice nieghborhoods and pretty homes in ugly neighborhoods.

UGI is the gas provider and I don't think I can get anyone else to tap into their line to bring the service to the house.

We had to put 10,000 in escrow with UGI for 3 years because of the performance of previous owner.
