I don't think a degree will help, I'd sign up for courses and learn as much as you can.

My condition was that they rent the house for 1% of the costs and sign a 3 year lease.

General question, I am turning over my first rental and I got the charges from my contractor on damage done and I want to see peoples opinion. 

My community is safe, and yard signs are a great way to advertise my business.

As I start to look at what sub-contractors I want to use I wanted to see if anyone has a good base template for sub contractors to sign?

My hope is I can gain their trust as a property manager and eventually be the one they turn to to sell later on or refer for business in the future.

Both houses have detached garages and I have been considering turning the garages into 1 bedroom units.
