Is there a company that you can recommend that can search existing data to find the information for multi families?

I like the idea of pre-foreclosure especially, but have not found up to date data for that specifically.

If you dont see if the county where the properties are offer free sales/ownership data which you can download and then find the data you want and build a dataset inside excel.How many addresses?

thing is dirt cheap for what you get, even just in the reports and data side of things never mind the education side. 

How do they ensure the data is updated daily or weekly if they get from county websites and the bulk data they get from these county/notices and court websites is it like a web scraper?

And yes, I checked county records and the county DOES show updated data.
