Cold calling lists

Where do you guys get your cold calling lists from in dallas , Houston texas , am struggling finding a good data to work with and i have a team of 2 cold callers

Deal Machine, MojoDialer, foreclosures daily, roddy report, prophawk, propelio, landvoice.  Probably every dialer company has lists they can sell you.

I think it is better to call yourself vs using cold callers.  Let them do the follow up and paperwork and maybe lead cleanup, but you do the dialing and talking yourself for much better results.
