FINCEN just sent out a new update about the Corporate Transparency Act / BOI Reporting.

It’s just part of the game**They have multiple leads & opportunities in play- If you’re banking on one contract to make or break your business, you’re already losing.

On the fix and flip they brokered to Kiavi, but they were transparent about it and I got better pricing with them than if i went direct.
