However I was told that I can't put that property into an LLC because I personally own it via the personal mortgage loan.I just don't want the tenants at this duplex sue me as an individual if anything happens.Thanks again Thuan

Thanks Thuan I will admit I almost felt embarrassed making that offer but I was told by a local mentor that if most of your offers dont get accepted you know youre on the right track.
