She's a hustler and has been working hard since her 1st job at 16.

It appears to fit a lot of my criteria.I would appreciate hearing any thoughts on the cash flow potential in that area.

And at least here in KC, he says that his tenants are young professionals with good jobs.

For example, a person can go to  a 10 —-13 week school for dental assistant… finish the course get a certificate and have an immediate job making somewhere around 43k plus.. yeah I know it’s not a ton of money, but it’s a good base especially for folks that don’t want to go to college.

I'm not looking to get a job where I need to go around and sell houses though, just hoping to get the license so I can network and have access to the MLS.
