I'd be pretty upset if I had to pay the power bill for someone trying to keep the temp at 68 degrees 24/7 with the windows open when it is 100+ degrees outside.

In my state in my local I am required to keep the temp at 68 degs as long as the outside temp is above 10 degs.

I usually have them set to 72, but you can have the temp at 90 and tenants would still say it's too cold!!

I keep the temp at the same number and if a guest needs to change it I have a video in the virtual guest book they can view to guide them.
