In the first year, it's almost the same comparison so I'd rather own my furniture and have full control over them. 

Just not worth it plus it's probably going to just get worse.I would not renew and re rent with it not being furnished assuming the furniture is trashed.

You can furnish the place for less by going with used USA made furniture off Craigslist, FB Marketplace and others.

They already own furniture.
