Mid term rental furniture buy vs rent

Hello Bigger Pockets Fam!

I am about to sign my first lease on a 3/2 apartment using the arbitrage model. What are your thoughts on renting the furniture vs buying?

Pros- Save on upfront cost $875 month for a 3/2 fully furnished and set up. Net terms. No furniture storage at home or storage units
Supplier will deliver furniture and set it up and interchange pieces if desired. Can roll the cost into rent.

Cons- It’s $875 a month lol
Damaged furniture will be charged to me. Will spend more money over a course of 12 months (10,500) Limited choices, no option to resell later.

Much Love!
