I know the university, the med school, and the hospital are there, so surely an MTR would work well.

@Andy Oshodi  if the areas around the hospital are bad they probably won't make a good mid-term rental either as most mid-term renters don't want to be in unsafe areas. 

Thanks for the welcome guys,My understanding of the Temple area is that Scott & White medical center and the VA hospital are two major employers in the area.

The areas around Research Hospital are proving to be good in terms of good value. 

Lots of items in the hospital are made in China.

Hi Manmath,I think cats make better tenants than dogs.Plus, there are no "Pit Cats--only Pet Cats".And you better slow down a little, chest pains that make you go to the hospital are not good.Good Luck!
