I don't like the vinyl siding because I've seen it distort as the hot sun burns down on it.

In the beginning I tried to do most of the renovations myself, coming home sun burned and covered in dirt each day.  

For the difference in cost, and the sunburn on the neck, let the roofing crew do it all and finish it up.

I don't know enough about wholesaling, @Jon Sunburn @Jordan Redar to have an opinion on it, if you could teach me more I would really appreciate some guidance.

Probably a poor decision, but I never got sunburned, even walking shirtless on the beach for hours.
