Neophyte from Sunny South Florida
Hello everybody, glad to be part of the community. Name is Neema and looking to get into real estate investing in the south florida area (broward and miami/dade counties). Just took a wholesale course with WIA and I liked it a lot. Going through the beginning phases of networking but most importantly I want to learn from those more experienced from me. PS. something funny: my mother is a real estate agent, a pretty successful one, and she has a hard time understanding the concept of wholesale
