I actually just switched my properties to TurboTenant and am looking forward to this feature.

So, if you have 10 units and you are going to pay $1,500 a month and you are working on an active income job, too, this is an easy switch due to the labor mentally and physically (even if it is just phone calls) to get these rentals running as a well-oiled machine.  

I’ve been using Obie for a couple years now - I switched from State Farm.

Typically these switches are in the vicinity of the furnace and not easily mistakenly switched off.  

They submitted paystubs and bank statements from two different banks.

I assume their realtor knows they wouldn’t and therefore isn’t going to bother submitting your offer.

You need to give someone the incentive to switch.

So, even a small negative like a $50 unpaid cell phone bill that goes to collections when you switch carriers tanks their score.

My job is to submit bid and negotiate only.
