I did notice end of 2024 to be more active and January to continue that streak compared to 2023 and start of 2024.

The housing market is on a bit of a hot streak.

What brought me here was after 4 years of having tenants I finally came to a point where I'm dealing with my first late fee, call me lucky as that was a good streak! 

Each pillow case had black streaks from eyeliner or mascara.

I had to use one in NYC when on vacation there one time and they charged 350.00 bucks and I was outraged,, but for me that does 4 to 10 closings a month as a seller it adds up to real money :)Not sure what the on line one charges because same thing this was with chicago title and I did not pay for it since we do a ton of closings with them they accomodate my stingy streak :)

But so far, in the roulette game of life, good news comes in streaks.
