We're planning to purchase a long-term property every 6-12 months and sprinkle in 3-5 short-term rentals within the next 5 years!

I bet we see a steady stream of government efficiency statements, cuts, proposals, updates etc… sprinkled out into the media every few weeks all next year.

Will put grey epoxy with "colored sprinkles" on the surface to help seal the concrete. 

Like others have said, Id do WHATEVER you need to to get a COMPLIANT sprinkling system up ASAP.
