Jeremy, I hope you don’t take this badly…..I noticed your posts don’t get much “traction” The reason is they read like slick marketing “puff” pieces you find posted on LinkedIn all the time, rather than personally engaged discussions, If you want significant engagement, just write something out, and don’t even “edit” it, just go with the first draft, giving the effect like a personal conversation with someone.  

Even with those small pieces of glass, the cleaners need to take care to get any dust or lint left behind after wiping them down.I use various size dining placemats as covers for the glass which keeps them looking good and from damage.

But how many great opportunities have we lost because we weren’t willing to take just a piece instead of the whole pie?

I recently bought 5 pieces of land all in Michigan -- one is in Jackson and the other four are in Saginaw.

Piece of advice - when I started I wish I would have focused on my multifamily niche/expertise from day one vs trying to be the agent for everyone (flippers, STR buyers, land, etc). 

You will start with the larger pieces and fill in with accessories, wall art, rugs, and decor.Because I own cabins in a mountain environment, I try to avoid the new case goods.

Having to go see a piece and pay for transport makes used less attractive.
