Did anyone invest with SDIRA wealth in the past?

I guess VRBO is just being more aggressive on their policing of such shady practices.You just must have gotten caught up in it.

THEREFORE YOU CANNOT FORCE A WHOLESALER TO INVEST IN YOUR PROPERTY OUTSISE OF WHAT WAS AGREED ON. 

It would've cashed flowed more if I didn't run into my first shady contractor.

They’ve likely invested a considerable amount of time and money into it.

They may have used one of their friend's companies or something shady like that.

I have never found anything he does or his business do to be shady.

I even try to unsell them on the business by sharing my financial losses, litigation,  market shifts, permit purgatory, shady contractors,  clouded title issues,  paranormal activity, squatters, mold, etc.

Paul and Special Financing Company both  promised they would take care of this by December 27th and then just today in the mail I got two letters saying that they had transferred my loan to another company...That is the most insane thing I have ever encountered in all the years of dealing with shady businesses on the internet-!!!!
