What I do have is relentless energy, focus, and the drive to succeed in real estate.I’m diving headfirst into multi-family and commercial real estate because I know this is where true wealth is built.

I have not had an issue with the claw back scenario and if I did I would IMMEDIATELY begin the eviction process which I would then pursue relentlessly.

Prior to this year that was the case for us too, but this year has been relentless.

I don't really understand what value you think you're adding to the forums by relentlessly posting these kinds of messages. 

I am feeling a bit complacent nowadays with Real Estate, but one of my talents is being relentless so I am staying active on here, and I want to analyze at least 1 or 2 deals a week. 

Then follow up relentlessly until their problem is solved.That's the only training needed.But, you can't sell that for $2997, so the gurus don't teach it

.- Buy or scale quick enough to be able to hire a handyman full time (students are relentless)- Just tell your PM team to make the the tenants - life is easier that way

@Jack Seiden - You conveniently ignore the fact that I am not the one arguing, rather defending a position based on my views as a wholesaler, while wholesalers as a group are relentlessly being attacked on this forum.

Through relentless self-education on platforms like BiggerPockets, networking like crazy (over 200 Zoom calls in 2020!)

Now THEY have the upper hand and YOU are the motivated one, and thus they expect you to offer more for their house (because you are relentlessly and "genuinely" showing genuine interest right?
