Are you doing regular long term rentals there?

I have regular drip but am buying Ks so they have both options. 

I am looking to get a job doing this, but I am not sure what commission percentage I should ask for or if there is a regular commissions plan out there that everyone pays lead generators.Thank you for any information you can give me.Allan Guerra

@Joel OhA regular insurance policy can refuse your catastrophic loss claim if they find out you were renting your house as an STR.

Do you have a 501c3 that you operate under (and rent the house from yourself), or do you purchase homes with an LLC or personal name, and run as a regular business? 

I wanted to see if anyone here has run into challenges with this kind of research.For those of you who regularly look up probate records, code violations, water shut off, tax delinquent, etc., what’s your biggest frustration?

This year is gonna be unique for me as I have a "sabbatical" from my regular occupation.

I was unable to locate any professionals in this area doing a regular search so I would like to introduce myself to anyone who may be on the lookout for real estate services, or a good conversation!

A rent heavy market, with a shortage, I am receiving regular requests for rentals in these markets.  

This is something you need to do anyways on a regular basis (I inspect ours every quarter or more).
