After months of reassemble and some customization work, the property sold for a decent profit.

It's like the head gasket on a car engine, the part is cheap, but the labor to disassemble everything and re-assemble is intensive. 

Then thoroughly dry it out and reassemble it. 

Reassembly will be in the evenings next week .

I have one right now this is kind of unique.. hoarder home.. ( we have all dealt with those I am sure) well this hoarder was special.. he dismantled a car brought it down to the basement and reassembled it. so I have a fully grown car in the basement..

I see used ones on marketplace/offerup every once in a while but you’ll have to disassemble them and reassemble them.
