We just need to be sure the dogs can't rip out the chicken wire which may cause us to upgrade to a stronger mesh.Chicken wire won't keep raccoons out of chicken coops, so I can't imagine that it would be a good option for dogs.

If a raccoon or skunk dug or pried their way into the crawlspace or attic, that's clearly less of a tenant issue and more of a landlord repair item...you need to apply some common sense to these type of issues.

Have her log the activity in writing and get video footage, inspect the property yourself, check for critters (like albino raccoons...they look like ghosts 😂) check for gas and water leaks, look up the history on the house just to know what the deal is, and if you have to... ask some good friends to dress in white coveralls and bring a shop vac to house to suck the ghosts out.
