Nothing worse than going to jail over a lovers quarrel and then getting evicted!

.- consider baking into the rest biweekly housekeeping, so that you know that the property is being kept up with (prevents pest issues), and you won't have to deal with any quarrels over who's cleaning the common areas more than who.- always have the parents co-sign the lease.- make a manual for them. what would your own kids be calling you about when they first move out on their own?

I've really appreciated listening to the BP podcasts, and have listened to a great number Michael Quarrels Podcasts as well.

Michael Quarrels has some good posts and J Scott's book on flipping houses gave me ideas as how my dialogue should be structured.- I printed out my own dialogue example and practiced many early mornings so it became natural as I was talking to sellers.

Unless your contract specifically states that the new owner was not to receive key code access or keys to the property, your quarrel is with your new landlord and NOT with your Realtor.

Don't get me wrong, i have no quarrels with being part of the U.S. military but i know that is not the path i want to take.

My intentions aren't to quarrel, just to lend some friendly insight from somebody in the industry.
