Does anyone have reputable recommendations for handymen or cleaning companies in the area?

main challenge currently is finding quality tenants that can go thru my screening process (600+ credit score, clean background check, etc.)

I just recently took one apart trying to get into every possible nook and cranny to clean it and it was GROSS.

Long term that makes them tough to sell to anyone else but an STR investor.There are much fewer quality STRs available to rent, so that's one way to differentiate.
