AirBNB listing to be deactivated due to prior listing (prior owners) "quality"

I'm a new property manager, have been hosting my own house on Air BNB for just over a year.

I just signed a new client and after about 1 month of their listing being available, AirBNB delisted it/flagged for being a duplicate of a listing that previously had "quality issues". The owners just bought the property, not knowing the prior owners had been banned and the property blacklisted. I was given the opportunity to appeal the decision, and provided proof of new ownership and property management, but Air BNB is maintaining their ruling to delete the listing for being duplicated.  We've gone through multiple rounds of support, attempts at escalations, etc, and time and again, AirBNB maintains their ruling.

I've tried Air BNB support to understand what the prior quality issues are to prove we've resolved them (but for privacy they can't tell me). I understand needing to keep bad actors off the platform, but would have assumed new ownership/management would have allowed it to be reactivated.

How have you resolved this or what would you do?
