For those that are on the fence about investing now, or waiting, or just exploring where investors can pick up some points of leverage, the primary area of focus will be in how the deal is financed.  

The primary area of “concern” is around things like IRS liens and the likes that wouldn’t be wiped clean by the foreclosure.

I got a construction company that can do the whole lehigh valley, primary areas are Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton, but we've been doing projects all over the places such as Wilkes Barre, Plymouth, Pen Argyl, Effort, Poconos area, Pittston, and more.

My primary area for exploring opportunities has been Boerne but with the market the way it is, deals are few and far between.
