Their animal is still an animal and subject to typical animal rules.

Chasing foreclosures is a sensitive issue to prosecutors and advocacy groups.It also can be a federal crime to chase foreclosures in the wrong way, anywhere.Get trained or chase a different animal.  

I view it like Animal House.

My insurance asks if animals in the property have ever attacked a human or other animal.

Like many people in my generation I would love to have a garden and maybe a few animals (chickens, ducks most likely) on the property but finding the right zoning, acreage, permits, costs, realistic timeline, mortgage etc is where I am lost.

Real estate investing seems like a whole new animal that we need some guidance on.

It supports the local wolf population and other animals but not people.

Did you partner with local animal control, waste removal, maintenance crews, etc?
