Look at each market carefully....nothing wrong with a turn-key provider just make sure that they have a stake in your ultimate success or you may end up buying a pretty expensive non-producing paper weight as many have done but won't admit!

I like personalised things so I would use door hangers that look handwritten or even handwritten letters to each door.
