I am 22 year old single mother working as an Optician and finishing up Real Estate classes at my local community college , I have been saving up for a down payment for a 4plex , and decided to attend real estate classes to further my knowledge , i am looking to apply the BRRR system , and am a newbie in real estate . 

Until then, I would like to learn everything and anything there is to know about it, that way when that day comes, I'll be ready.Currently I work as an optician/lab technician at a small chain of optical stores owned by my parents in Burleson, Cedar Hill, and Granbury.

I'm an Optician by day and BP junkie at night.
