Hi ! My name is Lizet Alvarado and i just recently came upon bigger pockets and have been non stop listening to the podcasts. I am 22 year old single mother working as an Optician and finishing up Real Estate classes at my local community college , I have been saving up for a down payment for a 4plex , and decided to attend real estate classes to further my knowledge , i am looking to apply the BRRR system , and am a newbie in real estate .
